My error is similar to this, though I think we may have an error on our pc. We reinstalled
(but it failed and we went back to the old one) then my sims stopped working. I uninstalled
all my games and reinstalled them all except the newest one I have (pets) and did
the d3d8thk.dll thing and they started working fine. I later got my brother to install
pets and the error message started coming up again, I redid the whole dll/w2k thing
but it hasnt gone away, ive tried it several times, any ideas? Or is it something
to do with my pc.
Thanks.
