I have a pretty foolproof method that takes care of everything. Right click on the
file and open it with notepad. Delete ALL of the code. Problem solved. It doesn't
matter if it gets turned on for restart or anything. The file is still there, the
name is the same, it just doesn't do anything. There is no more chance of it doing
anything, unless, of course, you re-install Quicktime. If so, just repeat.
