Blue Screen caused by KMode exception not handled & ntoskrnl.exe

I've been getting the blue screen of death when booting up my notebook (IMB A30 PIII 1GHz w/1MB RAM) since this weekend. It runs fine in safe mode but when I boot up in normal mode I get the following: [Stop: followed by a bunch of hex numbers followed by KMode_exception_not _handled followed by more addresses then ntoskrnl.exe] & it then dumps the physical memory. I haven't added any hardware & only upgraded Winamp a few weeks ago. ANy suggestions for troubleshooting?
