Upgrading from Office XP to Office 2K7?

Ok I have a small business with all of my important files on my pc which is running
Win2K SP3 and I have OfficeXP. All I want to know is anyone out there knows how
to avoid upgrading my OS and installing Office 2007? because everytime I try to
upgrade it says that I need to install a later version of windows, so any help on
this will be great, thanx :)
