Shared folders or resources, how many simultaneous users?

I've heard the following....XP Home allows only 5 network users to attach to a network drive or folder, including shared printers. XP Pro is set at 10. So, if you have XP Home behaving as a file server and sharing out a data folder, the 6th computer can not gain access to the shared data until someone shuts of or disconnects their drive.

Here's my question, I've heard Windows 2000 Professional and Server 2000 are pretty much unlimited....true? What about server 2003 in a workgroup only, acting as a file server only, no active directory? Thanks!
