You can't. You can only use a third party program to recover data that isn't corrupted.
Spinrite is for a totally different purpose, where the surface of the drive platters
may be going bad and losing data, or head alignment is failing. It then tries to
recover data from bad areas and move it to a new part of the drive, only if there
is room. Some of the pro software recovery programs can repair a limited number
of problems to then recognize file/partition structures for easier recovery. See
here for an example of one I use professionally.

They have FAQ's of what's possible and not possible for retrieving data. If it doesn't
work, you are out of luck I would say.. The free recovery solutions won't help where
corruption is severe and/or due to some electro/mechanical failures IME.
All this said however, if there is an electro/mechanical problem, software may be
useless in reading any data. In that case, only a pro recovery lab would be able
to recover data at an expensive price most often. Good Luck!
