Didn't try yet, really not necessary. It seems the drive is bad. Once the data got pulled, no need for the drive to stay. But, for testing purp's, maybe I will try fixboot and fixmbr, but am about 98% certain that won't recreate a partition, sounds too easy. Thanks!
