I have posted this at the Safer Networking Forum but haven't had any response yet.
Am posting it here in the hope that someone who may have come across this would
be able to give me some information, if not suggestions on how to resolve this matter.
SpybotS&D finds MZS.Spoolserver32 in my registry. The following keys are being attributed
to this trojan:
MZS.Spoolserver32: Interface (Registry key, nothing done)
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{5E2121ED-0300-11D4-8D3B-444553540000}
MZS.Spoolserver32: Type library (Registry key, nothing done)
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{5E2121E1-0300-11D4-8D3B-444553540000}
I do not know if this is a false positive or what, but I'd like to get somebody's
opinion if my PC is compromised. I have ran Ad-Aware and Norton AntiVirus 2003 Professional
Edition (both updated) and neither has found anything wrong with my PC. I am also
running ZoneAlarm version:7.0.337.000 ; TrueVector version:7.0.337.000 ; Driver version:7.0.337.000.
