Ok, here's what I did. I simply deleted the registry keys tagged by SpybotS&D as MZS.Spoolserver32 and hoped for the best. So far, the only noticeable change I noticed is that Firefox forgot all the login information for the sites that require a login. It keeps asking me if I want to let it remember my password. Not bad though.
