You said, "If you don't have a mouse you can use the TAB KEY"

Please elaborate?
TAB Key How?

I have a mouse, Even tried a 2nd one & another keyboard. 

Tried resetting to setup defaults, Checked connections, It all worked fine when i 
went to bed, woke up, powered up & i'm basicly locked out.

You said, "but it sounds like you nead to ask the  primary user or the Admin. to 
give you a hand logoning on"
