The 1st. and 2nd repairs commands will not change any of the programs.
The one under the SETUP command will rework all most all your settings most of your 
programs will work but some may need to be reinstalled so the reg. file can find 
them but IT WILL NOT over write your data files just the system files are reworked/updated..
