Thanks, Dex.
I get an error whenever I right-click Desktop or click File in Windows Explorer.
I cannot Copy and Paste or create a New Folder in Windows Explorer. Fortunately,
I can use the command line to create a New Folder.
When I went to Microsoft site, there are lots of possible causes to my problem. I
did some suggested solutions, like uninstalling/reinstalling the Internet Explorer,
but to no avail. I also run SFC and my AVG anti-virus.
I just cannot afford to reinstall the OS (like Microsoft suggested to do at one point)
and lose my programs so I asked you if the Repair will not touch them. I'll take
your word for it.
