Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life.

I can't give you a 100% ,you know windows :)
But if you don't want to take the chance download and install FireFox and it will
inport all your stuff.
IE and Explore are not the same, Explore runs many programs on the machine and it
takes a repair to get it back right....but IE is PIA and FireFox will put it to shame...free
popup blocker, etc.
