Try this... Start/Run/ type in sfc /purgecache this will run your system file
checker program and check the systems files for errors or if they have neen replace
with others it will put the right files back in place, have your win2k cd on hand
it may ask for it but when windows was installed it put backup files in a backup
folder dllcache and a 386 folder and stored the files in it...
