Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life.
-- Chinese proverb --

Try this... Start/Run/ type in sfc /purgecache this will run your system file checker program and check the systems files for errors or if they have neen replace with others it will put the right files back in place, have your win2k cd on hand it may ask for it but when windows was installed it put backup files in a backup folder dllcache and a 386 folder and stored the files in it...
