Image from Terabyteunlimited. It's not free but it works great. Like Ghost or Acronis but probably cheaper and it'll run from DOS. Yes DOS old,slow archaic etc. etc. for for single tasking like this it is very reliable. There is also a Windows version which is faster for creating images but for restoring, DOS is sure handy and yes it works with USB devices. HTH Walt www.terabyteunlimited.com
