I have a friend who's computer got infected with the W32.Looksky. He reinstalled
his Windows 2000 operating system and we are rebuilding the system.

When he reinstalled W2K, he gave the computer a new name. Now the old computer name
is still there, along with his old user name, his old documents and settings, etc.

There are a number of annoying problems that I think are related to the old computer
name and user name. I wanted to clean things up by deleting his old user name, but
the buttons to do so are greyed out.

I've tried everything I can think of (short of reformatting the hard drive and starting
over.) Does anyone have any suggestions, or should I start over from scratch?
