YES with Lo/Jack http://www.lojackforlaptops.com/ You can't stop them from taking your laptop but you can get it back with Lo/Jack Once they try and use it Lo/Jack will tell you who has your laptop and where you can find it ,then the cops will help you get it back. It's not a hardware device so they can remove it..
