Windows Explorer: Double Click Prints Documents (Not Open)

A few days ago, as I usually do to open a document, I double-clicked the file icon in Windows Explorer (File Manager). However, instead of opening the document, it printed it! I right clicked the mouse, and discovered that the "Print" menu item was bolded (and in the top position), while the "Open" menu item was in regular font, and below the "Print" menu item. Is this a virus? Or, did I accidently change the double click option? If so, how can I change it back to opening the document when I double click the icon? Thanks.
