User Log-in priority

For the second time in six months, I set up a Windows 2K system that defaults to logging the Adminstrator in as the first priority. In the first case, I did finally locate a dialog box where I was supposed to be able to reset this priority, only to find it grayed out, inaccessible.

AFAIK, I followed the same setup procedures that I've always used, and before that, had never seen this come up as default before.

That PC has been running 24/7, mostly, and it's not such an inconvenience. The currently newest W2K system won't be operated that way, and I would like to alter its selection of "who logs on first". But *do I* recall where this setting is found? Not really.

Anyone here ever had to reset this and remembers how ?
