Just as a side note,,, I got nailed two weeks ago (with a nasty virus) and I have
all the tools to keep me safe on the NET..and I have tons of software to recover
from one of nasty virus programs...
This one it so nasty it can't be taken out, it goes right to the fat table and beon
right to the 1st command on the HD b/4 the Fac.setting on the HD...that nasty..and
with a new little twist it nails the HD/FD control chip,if it sees the old HD in
place, it locks up the machine..and reworks the BOIS chip on top of that.. nasty
one...
It's game for most hackers and they do like to play it all the time...
Just ask MS.. they higher all they can find that will share what they know...
Sometimes it's just not worth it and it's best to just start over...from sq.1...
Good Luck
