Yes...extremely helpful. All in all I just wanna keep the C: partition as small as 
possible while still allowing 2K to run full speed.  I'll probably end up putting 
most everything on the data partition while sticking various utilities (Spybot, CCleaner, 
AVG, etc) and Windows on the main partition.

I guess on that note I'm off to format (again)....unless anyone has anything to add. 

Thanks to everyone who answered - all of the advice was awesome....
