bit off topic, but have a win2000 netwrked to a vista at home. Set up file sharing...went to watch a video file , file was recognized, but VLC,REAL, &WinMedPlyr couldn't play the file, probelm with streaming/codec. Do I need to map a drive to be able to watch videos resident on the vista machine, on the win2000 machine???
