Dual Boot 2000 Pro / 98SE - where do you load antivirus?

Hi, it's me again!

Scenario:

Disk C, formatted FAT32 with 98SE installed. Disk D, formatted NTFS with 2000 Pro installed. Dual booting working correctly

Where do you install antivirus (AVG) and firewall (probably Kerio)

My logic, perhaps misguided, says install under the 98SE OS and then direct a start up shortcut from 2000 Pro - but is this correct? - or is it better to have two independant installations?

2000 Pro will be the primary OS but if AVG installed here won't be "accessible" to 98SE due to FAT/NTFS formats
