Something occurred which prevents me from entering a secure site. For example, I type www.bestbuy.com and the website is displayed. Then I try to sign in or generate a new account. The address changes to https://www-ssl.bestbuy.com and the "This page cannot be displayed" with a lot of possibilities to correct the problem. None work. Similarly, when I address www.USPS.com the postal website is displayed. When I try to sign in or generate a new account, the address changes to https://ecap-ws-prod.usps and the "This page cannot be displayed" with the same unusable possibilities. I went to tools/internet options and clicked on advanced and scrolled to security. the secure sockets layers (ssl) are all on. Anyone know how to correct? Thanks
