Thanks Dex. I should have been more specific IE 6.0 with SP4 is installed on the system and according to Microsoft has 128 bit encrytion included. I went to the suggested sites and lo and behold the kb195833 site gave me "this page cannot be displayed" that I received with the best buy and USPS sites. Theother site was beyond my comprehension but I plowed through it and discovered a "rollup" address which had two interesting subsites at 840723 and 840916. Did not comprehend the subsite so I did nothing. Any advice. Thanks again Ben
