Try to boot from a Windows CD. If you can boot from a CD then the problem is probably
in your Windows installation on your hard drive. If you can't boot from a CD, check
in CMOS to see if your drive is being recognized. If the drive is being recognized
but you can't boot from a CD, your motherboard is probably going bad.
