Machine will not pass F8 screen Thursday, January 3, 2008 at 11:18 am Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Stanley Rutherford (4 messages posted) I get a message when I tell my computer to start normally after reaching the F8 screens. When I'm offered to start my system normally, I next get the blue screen with error - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA with technical error - STOP: 0X00000050 (0X80F50048, 0X00000000, 0X80F50048, 0X00000000). My computer will not go into any mode after this and I have to hold the power switch in to force the comuter to cut off while in the blue screen.
