I suppose I would have to consider myself "Advanced" in computer use compared to
the vast unlettered majority, although I seldom venture into any Registry, and certainly
not without a fresh backup. It appears that's what I will be doing -- thanks anyway,
Dex, but either those utilities you suggested don't include everything in their trial
versions, or they've dropped out the part you referred to.
