Just to add to the other post.
You didn't say if your old computer was a desktop or a laptop ,if it's a laptop you
may just want to forget the upgrade to a new OS,,with a clean install...
If not you are in for alot of work if it's desktop it should be duck soup to do a
CLEAN install of win2k..
Laptops have very proprietary hardware and software.
