It sounds like the modem is find, it sounds like you are running out of memory after
a hour or two..
When you reboot windows removes all items in the ram and it's all new again...(clean/fresh
)
You can add more ram or a bigger HD for VR ram or just wait for the new Magnet Ram
to come out....it will hold the data in ram at reboot...
