I had no Lexmark printers installed. Most of them were either local HP printers or network HP printers with the exception of Adobe Distiller and an Imagistics 2520. The broken spooler problem arose when I tried to set up a new HP CP3505 color printer. Now I am unable to correct it. I would try to repair Windows 2000 but I do not know which version was used to originally make this system. It is currently at Windows 2000 SP4 but was not originally built with SP4.
