Hi,

I'm having trouble with WMP9, in that every time I try to play license-protected
content it throws up a '... has encountered a problem and .needs to close, send error
report etc.' error and shuts down. It also does this if I try to restore or backup
my licenses from the License Management menu. It also causes all of my web browsers
to crash if I try to access a license-protected stream in one of those. All other
non-protected videos and streams work just fine.

The strange thing is that it was working absoloutely fine 24 hours ago. Since then
I've run Windows Update and installed the updates that were there (10 in total, but
none specifically related to WMP), so I think that may be what messed it up. I've
tried uninstalling and reinstalling WMP9, but it made no difference. This is what
it says when I click on 'see what data this error report contains'...

I'm using Windows 2000 Pro with everything updated as I mentioned.

So does anyone have any idea what's wrong? It's really frustrating not being able
to watch a protected stream which I paid for.

Thanks.
