You can safely delete them. I tried it out first to see if it could be done safely. I deleted my Internet Explorer, and was able to get it back by going to My Computer/C/Programs/Internet Explorer and got a copy of the one in the file. To delete Internet Explorer rightclick, and delete. Before you delete the Microsoft Outlook. Look first if you can get a copy from the file on the computer. I hope this helps. Keep smiling. :-)
