I have two active svchost.exe running on my W2K (SP4). So far no problems. Until
yesterday when one of the svchost dances around 50-100% cpu usage.

I've examined services registered in this process and found only this : http://img216.imageshack.us/my.php?image=svchostom8.png

If I destroy this process it makes general working very hard. No more copy-paste,
all icons in folders and desktop are basically locked. Latest NOD, CounterSpy, checked
with Hijack and TrojanRemover. Not even a hint of a some nasty reason for this occurrence.

Perhaps I've overlooked something? How do I resolve this process to continue working
in normal fashion without this present unnecessary hunger for CPUs.

If I set affinity in Sysinternals Process Explorer to only one core, then at times,
goes 30% less hungry.

Thanks for you suggestions
