"One man's meat is another man's poison" so goes an old English popular saying. You want more than 350 icons on the desktop? To me that sounds too many icons that will only end up cluttering your desktop. Not only that but each of these icon representing a particular program occupy space in memory. With so many programs,do u think you will have much space left in memory. You might. But so will the recurring "---short of memory" error messages. If I were u, I would give the desktop breathing space and populate it with around 50-80 icons. It is upto you anyways.
