If you don't know what it is, leave it alone!
You can search the Microsoft site and find that NTUser.dat is a system file that must be present for a user account to function.
The error you have is that something is trying to delete it. That is the error.
I suggest you creatae and new user account and configure you e-mail in the new user account. The is a quick work-around until you find out what is trying to modify the NTUser file.
