I did as I think you suggested. I established a new email account. It has the same username and specifications as the old one. Then I deleted the old one. There is now only the new email account. However, that error screen "Cannot Delete File or folder; ntuser.dat" still appears. Even Restarting the computer twice didn't help. What should I try now to eliminate this error screen?
