Applications Data folder missing

Finally managed W2k reload. In ADMIN no Appications Data Folder. Looked via Windows
Explorer---not there. Looked via RoteBetaSoftware "Folder Size" and there it is with
AVG etc. in ADMIN.
Any ideas please. Cannot open it in Folder Size.
