a) AT bootup, press F lightly or one of arrow keys (preferably the right arrow key)
to access the Safe Mode menu. When the Safe Mode menu appears, select and click Safe
Mode. Or while the Safe Mode menu is displaying press Ctrl-Alt-Del. You will be prompted
to type in an administrator password. Type it in and use it from on.
b) Go to Start Menu or press the key between the Ctrl and the Alt key,the one with
a Microsoft Window flag,to display the Start menu | Run | type CMD in the Run address
box | press Enter or click OK | at the command prompt type: NET USER ADMINISTRATOR
/RANDOM and press Enter. Note: there is a space between every word except between
the slash and RANDOM. Windows will show you the password you forgot.
