Once I have a year or two's worth I add them to a backup CD. You find the link to the download page for each patch in the security bulletins. When I Googled KB951748 some of the pages I came across mentioned fixes for ZA users by changing the settings or even uninstalling ZA, deleting the ZA configuration files and then reinstalling ZA. I don't use ZA myself so I didn't pay that much attention to it. It's best if you read them for yourself.
