Ahhh.. What revision card does he have, and what other cards and drivers does he
have installed? I guess it depends on how much time you want to spend but you could
eventually find out why his drivers won't work. Anything from slight hardware differences
to installed software and drivers (or a combination of the two) could be the issue.
Take a look in system info for memory address or other conlicts just out of curiosity.
