Hi, I just updated someone’s old Compaq from 98SE to 2000. This went well, but the new OE is devoid of address book, dbx files, and account settings. Before I up-dated, I cloned the disk over to a spare, so nothing is gone permanently. I can grab the .dbx, and .wab files fine, but I need to have a way to get the account settings, and import them into the new 2000. I know that in XP we can export a certain .reg value and merge it into the new box, and the account settings will be established. Does anyone know how I can grab 98SE’s settings and merge them into 2000 (from my static cloned drive? Thanks for any help. Packrat1947
