If the machines are Domain servers, each Domain server can add or delete users from
its list.
If all machines are peers and there is no domain, each PC administrator can assign
user groups and levels to shared directories.
From your post I am not sure if you are using a Domain Server because the domain
server controls what users can do from one centralized point.
You might want to post your question on the 2003 forum, most of those people are
into domain servers. I do not have the skill to go step by step. This forum is about
to go to sleep because MS no longer does much for Windows 2000. Hope you find an
answer.
