Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 10:17 pm Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by jun (2 messages posted) upon startup I get a toolbar and desktop and then will get a bunch of error messages that all have .exe errors, then my toolbar and desktop blink off to a blank screen.
