xcopy from Network Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 1:52 pm Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Darren (137 messages posted) I'm trying to copy a folder from my company network to the C drive with xcopy, but it does not want to do it regardless what I try. I used syntax: xcopy \\CompName\MyFolder\Subfolder C:\NewFolder /d /e /c /i /h /r /y and also I tried mapping MyFolder to F: and copying then: xcopy F:\Subfolder C:\NewFolder /d /e /c /i /h /r /y I've read that xcopy can have issues over network but did not find any solution for it.
