If it is a server that you are accessing, then the possible scenerio's are, file/folder/drive permissions or user permissions, and/or commands that are disabled/blocked. Only they can help. It is frowned on to offer advice when we don't know if what you are doing violates company policy (or at least no one should be on this forum)... Sorry XCOPY will work if there is no security in the way usually but you need to contact the appropriate person in your company to find out.
