A usb 2.0 pci card will help, you also need sp 4 to solve some 48 bit addressing problems that windows has on Drives larger then 137 gigs.

Doubt the old Computer is worth spending to much money on though. XP would take up half your Hard Drive before you installed any programs, and you really couldn't install much more.

For about 35 bucks you could just replace the old 4 gig drive with a internal 120 gig drive, which is what I would do if I wanted to get another year or two out of the Computer.
