This is not an issue with the Operating System.
In the case of HTML documents, the graphics and HTNL can be saved together, as if
they were one object.
As for Word Documents, the user must insure that the graphics and documents are together
or are embedded. There is an option in Word to save a graphics internally, inside
the DOC format. If this had been done, then you would be able to open it with a later
version of Word. Otherwise, the graphics were left somewhere in the original computer.
