Which ".exe" file.......there are many. the ".exe" is called a file extension and it stands for "Executable". That's how you know it's an executable program you can run. There should be a file name in front of the .exe Armed with that information we might be able to find the one you need so you can replace it and hopefully get your system back up and running quickly.

Once you know which file you're looking for you can either check your .cab files for it, or hopefully someone here (myself included) may be able to send you the file.
