duel booting problems

I partitioned my hard drive to duel boot 98 and windows 2000 everything is fine in
98 but the only way I can get 2000 to come up is in safe mode I had I few conflicts
but I cleared those up if anyone knows where I go next please help if you can when
it does try to boot normally all I get is a blank screen. is this a video card problem?
although it shows no conflict it is an nvidia tnt vanta please help it would be
appreciated thanks in advance j.r.
